Hair today... and gone.. to a good cause

Kara has always had long, beautiful, silky hair.  In preschool, one of her teachers said, "Kara, I wish I had hair like you."  Kara's innocent reply was, "Miss Sarah, all you have to do is use conditioner."

Over the last year, we talked about her growing it long enough to donate and today was the day!  Though she was initially a little nervous because she could not remember ever having shorter hair (nor can we), she understood that giving this gift to another child would make a difference and we could not be more proud.
